Mr Greenjeans is an agronomist living and farming in the eastern townships of Quebec, Canada. Among current projects are:
- a purebred Limousin herd
- a bull evaluation center that is currently evaluating Limousin, Parthenais, Salers, Hereford, Angus and Simmental bulls on growth, feed conversion, muscling, frame, feet and legs, rib-eye, temperament and tenderness.
- A finishing operation working in conjunction with a beef co-op specializing in locally produced, top quality, tender beef that is certified hormone free and antibiotic free (by Ecocert Canada http://www.ecocert.com/?lang=en). This project will soon reach the goal of 100 head per week.
- A maple bush producing the highest quality Maple Syrup, Maple Butter and Maple Taffy.
- Technical support for all members of the beef project.
